Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. All other athletic gear, hoodies, jeans, pants, shorts, and tops are eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery (see template below).
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state the desired size in your return request
- We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If your athletic gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
