Shipping Information
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)
International Customers: We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our performance apparel and your satisfaction. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.
Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
Eligible Items: All athletic gear, hoodies, jeans, pants, shorts, and tops in original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions
- Package Items: Securely pack unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship Your Return: Send to our fulfillment center using a trackable method (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: Email confirmation sent when processed
Note: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state desired size in your request
- We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
International Returns:
– Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility
– Customs fees are non-refundable
– Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
